I don't have any monthly magazines coming in right now' so what is the best monthly mag with a lot of tbucket articles in it. Would appreciate any suggestions.

I second what old round fart said. I get both of them along with The Rodders Journal.

Jim

I'll mention the ones I get but will not renew. Hot Rod and Carcraft. mostly new Mustangs or Cameros.

I've been getting a free hotrod mag for 2 years now. They keep trying to renew me but I say no and it keeps coming. They have had some good old iron articles lately, plus I like the Harbor freight coupons.

No magazines dedicated to T's but I get Street Rodder, Rod and Custom, Street Scene (comes with NSRA membership) and occasional Rodders Journal.

I have subscribed to all of the above, however, I enjoy Street Rodder the most. I really like the new format of Hot Rod.

I had a subscription to Rod & Custom, but have never been a big fan of the mag. I just read that they will be doing a project build on a Speedway T-bucket this year. Since I just saw a subscription for $9. for the year, I re-subscribed.

I used to get rod and custom and hot rod, let them both run out but I enjoyed rod and custom the most. Think I will subscribe to rod and custom again and Rodders journal. Thanks for the replies.

Hot Rod Delux is my favorite:)

I subscribe to Street Rodder, Hot Rod Deluxe, Rod and Custom, and Traditional Rod and Kulture. I usually only buy Hot Rod if there's an interesting article (like Dirt-T said-too many new Mustangs and Camaros).

It's interesting to see people are still subscribing to print media. There's no question, print is dying on the vine.

Mike: I just can't get into reading car mags on my computer or tablet. I do some of that for trade mags I get, but to be honest, I like keeping some of my car mags. I rotate them quite a bit in the 'ole reading room...:D I used to get a lot more of them, but I now just get the Rodders Journal, Hot Rod Deluxe, and Car Craft. Dad gets Hot Rod, Car Craft, and Street Rodder, so we just swap them around.

I think you'll find that the younger crowd uses digital media and the older crowd still likes print. I get all of my subscriptions in my iPad and love it. :)

Plus, it is always handy to have print versions around, for future reference. No question about it.

There was a point in time where I read truckloads of auto magazines. Now, I get none of them. I looked into subscribing to National Dragster again, but they have just pulled back to a bi-weekly publication schedule and still want some $65 or $70 to subscribe. I get race reports from Drag Race Central, so there is really no need for me to spend that kind of money to read old news. Yes, there is some additional content in the Dragster that might be worth the reading, but I just can't be bothered at that price.

I used to get a lot of car mags over the years. I think at one time I had 13 or so car mags coming in. I now get Rod & Custom, Classic Trucks, Custom Classic Trucks, Mopar Muscle and Muscle Car Review.

So far Muscle Car Review, Rod & Custom and the two Truck mags are favorite. I'm a big Mopar guy and the Mopar magazine has been a let down.

Rod & Custom just did a whole issue to the T bucket and that is what got me back to looking into them. I always liked them as a kid but the one on the cover of Rod & Custom april 2013 hooked me back in.

I need to go to the news stand and look at all the car mags it has been 10 years since I've read any. I bought these subscriptions at Christmas time for 10-15 bucks each. I think they are still running that sale price if not call them.

I can't read anything for extended periods on any screen whether it be my phone, tablet or computer. When they go away with hard print I guess I will go away too.

I'm with you I have trouble reading on a computer. I do own a Kindle and I like it but as of yet I have not bought a book there is just way to many free books that are really good.

I have not tried to read a magazine on it and really I love print and I like having a hard copy of magazine that I can go back to and look at the car or whatever thats in it.
