Found a'26- '27 model T frame locally for pretty cheap.

can it be boxed and used for my bucket? I plan on running a ChevII 4 cyl., auto tranny and a s-10 rear.

Thanks

My understanding is that they are too flimsy for modern power, and dont weld well because of the alloy. That said, I have one that I'm thinking about finding a way to use.

By the time you get the material to box it in you could have purchased the tubing to build what you want to any length you wanted. The frame is the foundation you build everything on. Cutting corners here will lead to frustration or an unfinished project. JMHO

My thoughts exactly. Build or buy a new frame you will be much happier in the long run.

Leave it for the restoration folks to use. Your better off building a new frame with newer metals.
