The big fitting on the rear of the carb, on the base, is for the pcv. Usually, I run the power brakes off the full manifold runner tap that goes into the runner right behind the carb, not on the carb....
It really depends on what you want and how you wanna use it. I usually do that so I can do powerbrake burnouts in my cars....I like to smoke em sometimes....

oino, Lee is right it can make a difference on what carb you're running. Some carbs are setup to run the PCV to a nipple on the front and the power brakes to a nipple on the back of the carb. Screamin Metals suggestion works extremely well. I see your in Lincoln now. I'm about 60 miles south southwest of ya and have a daughter in Lincoln. Maybe we can get together sometime. Send me a PM with contact info.
go to Holley.com and look up your carb and see how they say you can hook it up. Theres several diff. ways. In the rear, below your rear floatbowl, on the baseplate, there should be a 5/16 or 3/8 line nipple there....
