Post a pic. Also search ebay and see if you see a match.

I like the disc brake setup on it but i also like the ford 9" rearends better.just my choice.i lucked out and found one for a hundred and its all there but its drums and the ratio is a 3.50.
The only reason i said anything about the 9" was because its strong and i can change it out in around an hour to another set of gears like 4.11 or up.

It would be nice having the disc brakes, but they are pretty easy and realitively inexpensive to add on to any rear axle if you know which parts to pick up.....
The problem is.....these are kinda weenie, especially if ya plan to use the "lawn Roller" tires. All that surface area on the ground ,doesn't take much to snap an axle or shell the center section...
When I first collected parts for my build I found an axle simuliar to this one only out of a lincoln (8.8?) and everyone said to leave it there, not worth dragging home...You may want to take the disc's off and the calipers (those have a cable E-Brake ???, and if you stick with Furd you can fit the rotors to another housing and it's a simple matter of cutting out some brackets for the calipers, instant disc's....

I found another link for the tag...( yea I know, another dang link..) "BH"

I have used so many different rear ends over the years, only crazy Race car people have ever broken anything, as far as a normal drivin T Bucket, any will work, as the T is way lighter than anything that comes stock... Now some want it purty, I hide mine.. :swim:

I would think in a T a 7.5 would be ok..

I myself wouldn't want to use it cause I've broke 2 7.5 rears In an 84 mustang I use to have, but if you were running a mild smallblock, say a 305 or mild 350 I wouldn't be scared to use it,but only if the gears were tight in it.. If the ring and pinion are sloppy I wouldn't use it...

K5 or S10 i am using an S10 and it works great. Drum brakes work fine.
