Ron Young, Youngster

Today I learned that some of Ron's automotive possessions and projects were sold off in auction on the 17th of November. From what I gather there wasn't much.
Go to the H.A.M.B. web site, look up "Youngster' work" that should get you to the thread. Second page last entry, Beau posted pictures of what was auctioned and even more importantly, a link to
Photobucket with 21 albums of Ron and his craft. I am overwhelmed. Could only look at the first album. I will have more to say later.

Ron was a heckuva craftsman, to be sure. He is missed by many. I hope the auction was able to provide some financial relief to his family.

Ron was working on a Jag Rear End mount, before he passed. Does anybody know what happened to the tooling?

Youngster - "I'm working on a variation of Georges design. This is the bolt in cross menber. I used P&J heavy duty urathane bushings as you can see. The pinion struts and the front cross bar will be as shown in Lee's cad drawing with the exception of the upper strut mount will also have a urathene bushing."
