I called them and speedway any they said they have no problems but the sent me another one at my exspense (flaming river)but when you install it i can just push it in with a screw driver its like they machined it a little to big anybody else had this problem? if clean the grease off add silicone it do ya'll think it will work?

I would PM Ron from RPM(one of our sponsers)and see what he says hes good at these box's.
I have used RED LockTight on loose seals before(machine builder)and it will hold very good provided you clean the surface with something like brake cleaner or starting either first. It expands about .005 more than enough to keep that little bugger in place.

Even though it's a big hassle for you, I would arrange to return it. if you alter the box, it's deffinetly yours, so now is the time to get it taken care of for good. even a good supplier makes mistakes once in a wile, and it sounds like you're the lucky recipient of one of them.

Yep I would send it back and let them look at or fix it.
