Slant 6 in a bucket

I have posted these pictures of this T from some local events before. It is a VERY well done ride.

Love the way the air filters balance the top of the engine. Someone thought about this.

I'm not a fan of the roll bar, but the rest of the car is very well done.

As for the video, it definitely has all the valve train clatter of a Slant 6. :nod:

Wasn't someone at the Mountain Home nationals with a slant 6? Seems like there was one, and a Ramber 6, also.

I've always thought they were a good candidate, but someone else would have to comment on their viability and available hot rod parts.

Yes the nose doesn't do it for me either, there are other alternatives that fit the body lines better. Also, the roll bar offers some protection but isnt wide enough to be fully effective IMHO. Besides that, the car is amazing and extremely cool.Big thumbs up.

BMW also offers a slant six, has the same 30 tilt as the Dodge motor as well, the M30 motor

Another good one is the Jaguar straight six. Very good-looking engine.
