I wonder if the builder is just intent on pranking people who value hot rods? To me, this ranks right up there with the "Volks Rod" as to cool factor.

I once saw a 33 Willys looking like a gasser the frame was exhaust pipe and had a 10 hp lawn mower engine custom point tooling around the car show
