Tell me what OS and what browser have failed to log in

OK, I'm starting this new topic, which is ONLY for the members that have been experiencing difficulty logging in. If you have any questions about the problem, please post them in the other thread. I am hoping to keep this topic to as few posts as possible, so unless you are having problems with a Linux distribution, just indicate what operating system/s and what browser/s are not allowing you to log into the forums.

You are allowed to enter more than one selection for each question, so if you're having problems with more than one OS or more than one browser, please indicate them all.

I know you have all given me this information via the forum or via e-mail, but I'm trying to get it all together in one place, without having to wade through 50+ posts and twice as many e-mails that are archived on two, different computers. Thank you for taking the time to fill in this simple form.

Again, if anyone has any questions, comments or observations to make, please make them in the other thread, so we can keep this one as simple as possible.

Mike,
Can you change IE9 to IE8. Memory failed me when filling out the survey.
AND, I wasn't able to access the survey as a guest. Y logon failed on the Win/IE setup, but I tried the survey to see what would happen. I was given a guest not able to access survey (or something similar).
Wonder if anyone is having problems but can't/won't use a different browser than IE to logon and answer the survey?
How in the heck do you find a problem that only affects 5 to 10 (out of 100's) of users? Good luck.
