Way off topic, got a great tool today.

Story:

There is a company called PTC that makes and sells a 3D-CAD software program called "Pro/Engineer." They have an office here in Fort Collins. This is what they listed a couple of days ago in the local Craig's List for free. I'm not joking, I got an HP DesignJet 650C for free:

Even though it's older, the engineer I spoke with at PTC said it works perfectly. In fact, he said they hardly used it. It's only the 24" wide model, so I'm limited to the width of a D size drawing, but I'm not complaining.

Even has the JetDirect print server card so I can just plug it into my network here at home.

Thanks! I feel super lucky. It's inkjet technology, so you can do color prints with it as well. Even has a roll of paper inside. Now all I need is a good CAD software package. Something like GAB uses would be super cool.
