What fan size???

I am using a 1965 Mustang radiator, what would be the best size, type fan would be best?? engine is 1970 318 SB Mopar. Thanks

Measure your rad and then see which fan would cover the rad viens only. i'm thinking off the top of my head maybe 16" or 18" fan should be fine with a schrod.

As long as the fan stays inside the radiator fins and your 1/2 to 1 inch from the radiator you won't need anything else.Mine stays at 175/180 all day long even in wall to wall trafic and stop and go.Hope this helps

Thanks, radiator is 17" across so I'm thinking a 16" fan should do it.

Dont cut corners on a cheap fan. I did and when i fired my engine for the first time the temp was a problem. So i was in oklacity and went by Parr auto and picked up a spal 16 inch curved blade fan and it works fantastic.

I use a 1966 mustang 3 row with a 16in fan works good runs 180 deg. on the hotest days
