Wiring Kit Advice

Hi everyone,
Being a snowbird is great but I really miss working on my bucket. So sitting here in Arizona I think I should be gathering neede parts. Would like some thoughts on the best way to go for wiring my "old school" look flathead T. Is the advantages to keeping switches and wiring under the seat? I am planning on running an electric fan to cool the Flathead instead of the conventional fan. I expect need for few circuits, this is my first T build so I could be wrong. Just want the bare basic wiring and neat, well hide. Thanks for any advice.

Most kits are overkill i would just make you own. But if that is not the direction you want to go any of the kits would do .

Would like to make my own cause I don't see need for alot of wiring. However I would need some type of diagram. I am going to use an alternater instead of a generator.
