Talked to Fred this afternoon on the phone. Fred had a stroke right after the first of the year. He is at home recovering and is doing just OK. They don't know exactly what caused it and they are still running tests. Please keep Fred in your prayers. :(:(

Well Fred , from personal experience I can tell you , the most important person in your medical world now is your nutritionist , proper food makes all the difference !!( Most of what we eat is junk ) seriously , pay attention ......2nd is exercise.........

Praying for you, Fred. From the experience of my own loved ones it takes time to recover.

Had a bit of a problem myself recently, so take it easy, rest and recoup. First time I have had to slow down and its hard, but family have put me in my place.
Slow and sure and you will be 'Bucketing' again soon.

Prayers, best wishes and get well soon. My wife had a stroke almost two years ago, it's been a long road to recovery, she's back to about 60% of pre stroke conditions.

Get Well soon Fred, pulling for you!

Just learning of this. Fred, if you're reading this I hope you a speedy recovery and improved health going forward. Please take good care of your self and follow the advice of your doctor. I had someone very close to me suffer a stroke (several actually) so this kinda hits home. God bless.
