He says there was no loss of performance, and any of those issues would certainly cause that. @roadmonster , have you looked down inside the carb, as I suggested? I am guessing you're not going to see anything out of the ordinary, but let's touch all the bases, nonetheless.- Mike

How does it start, after a full warm-up, then sitting a while, to cool back off? Will it light right off, or does it take a bit of cranking?- Mike
