    Lisle 33260 Double Flare Tool

    The m/c 1/4" port fed a combination valve/ distribution block , that switched to 2- 3/16" lines , one for each front wheel . A single 3/16" line fed the same combo valve & sent 1 -3/16" line to the rear brakes .

    If you don't like the cable setup , search ; '50 Chevy wiper transmission , solid links and really simple mount , $50 at advanced auto ...( dorman ).......

    Google 56 Chevy wiper transmission , stems would be easy to mount in the cowl , small on the inside..just something to look at .....probably could get along with 1 wiper ....

    I'm guessing he's going to French the cowl so just the shaft/stem protrude . they're easily sealed like any other car used to be( before hidden wipers ).... Just a WAG....

    I'm no ford expert , but on chevies , the bearing goes below the axle , the sims & bronze washer go above . The weight of the car on the bearing.........the bronze washer against the axle , grease grooves up

    Potvin guy , are you talking about a surge tank ? The only time coolant flows into a return tank is when system pressure exceeds cap rating (overly high temperature ), then flows back to the rad. when cool via system vacuum ..

    What temp do you want your engine to operate , 195°-215° is fine for engine wear and efficiency.....
