What do you use to clean and polish your Cars? Do you hose them off, hand wash, or what? Do you use and type of electric buffer or is everything done by hand? Any products you really like?
Hand wash. I use 2 buckets: one with clear water for rinsing, one with a mild car wash solution. Use soft sponges for washing; dry with chamois. Customcraft ultra sheen metal polish for the shiny stuff.
When we build a turnkey car we use mothers chrome polish and wizards spray wax for final detail. Bob always buffs the car before it leaves and then use the spray wax after the fact.
I just purchased a case of Mother's Showtime, I think it is the best. I never wash my T-buckets, just polish. Zep 5-Star polish for the aluminum and chrome.
