Cruising Route 66 in El Reno OK - 2022

Every year for 24 years now there is what's called "Small Town Weekend" that's about 20 miles west of me. They close down Route 66 for the Burnout Contest and again for cruising 1997 and older cars between 7pm and 10pm on Saturday. They close it again on Sunday for the Drag Races.

That was shot with the camera strapped to the top of my head, you never realize how much you are
looking around until you see it in the video. LOL !

The first part was shot from the windshield.

Cool. I miss the cruising scene on Friday and Saturday nights. So much has changed over the past 40 years... most of it is. not for the better, imho.
