Drive Shaft

I was wondering if anybody is using the T Perf. set up with 8in. rear and a TH350 trans. Mine is a short tail tranny and I just got my drive shaft today and installed it and there is only about a 3/4 to 1in. travel between the rear seal and the yoke. Is this right? I just dont want to run the yoke into the tranny

I think that ought to be enough, it would be easy enough to check though. Remove the rear springs and move the frame through its full range of vertical travel. You probably dont have any where near enough drive shaft angle to cause a binding problem.

3/4-1" is just right. That should be fine.
