Here's some info re Prager U and Mark Mills, who at various times have claimed smoking is not bad for you, nuclear energy is cheap and clean, and climate change is not real, or it is real but not caused by humans. If you like, I can blow up the video to reveal the misdirection and outright lies.

Mills and Prager are just some of the bums making a buck playing to fear and suspicion. Critical thinking has never stopped the masses from following the loudest liars. Such is human nature. I'm an engineer and a skeptic, so debunking this crap is my MO.
