I checked your account settings and it doesn't appear you are set to receive any notifications for any forum topics.
In the upper-right corner, click on the Notifications icon, just left of your username. In the dropdown, select Options.
You will be taken to the Notifications page in your User Control Panel. And you will see a very wide matrix of notification options. Scroll down to the Topics and Posts selections and tick the e-mail checkboxes that suit you best.
NOTE: I have opted you in to receive e-mails on followed topics, so you should be receiving an e-mail to notifiy you of this response. If the problem persists or you have any other problems or questions, let me know.
