Fixing some cosmetic issues

Hello fellow t bucket friends
I purchased a t bucket from a private seller. I knew this car had some cosmetic issues before i purchased it. I was wondering if there is a way of repairing some paint chips on the frame without disassembling the whole car. Would a body shop be the best way? Im on a budget so i cant afford to spend an arm and a leg with a major overhaul. Unfortunatly i dont know who the builder of this car is and the person i bought it from said he bought the car from someone down in florida. Im not sure which way i should go from here. Any advice would be very helpful. Thank you.

 

An automotive paint store can use their scanner to get the color of your paint. Then they can put it an aerosol can (rattle can) that you can use for touch ups. Hopefully you can drive it or trailer it to the paint store.

You need to do that on a sunny day & the area to be scanned needs to be clean I've had it done to a couple of cars. It's done with a hand held scanner. The technology is a few years old.
