Front axles

Here's another question from a thread I've entitled, "Stupid Newbie Question's". My question for today is, will this front axle (check out the link) work for my bucket? I want to run chevy spindles and brakes, with a 4 bar system.

You can't put Chevy spindles on a Ford axle. To use Chevy spindles you will need a tube axle.

This axle will work and looks good on a bucket with an early theme. As Ron says Chevy spinldles won't just bolt on. There are disc brake kits to bolt on the Ford spindles. If this is your first build, keep it simple. Use a tube axle like RPM sells or from one of the other sorces out there.

If you want you can run a ford spindle with a chevy brake and rotor!
