    It works just fine, I actually had to angle them down just a bit to lower the light horizon. I'm happy with it

    Not that it makes and difference, but I got curious about headlight heights. Seems the minimum is 22" and the maximum is 54". Funny thing is, it does not say bottom, top or center of light for the measurements. I doubt that mine are legal on my roadster if the law officers really cared.

    Probably each state has its own headlight requirements. I seem to remember 24” to the center of the headlight. That was a lot of years ago. I could be way off!

    I think in Missouri it's 36" above road surface. (Actually, I was wrong about that. Apparently at this time there are no minimum/maximum height requirements for headlights in Missouri! :thumbsdown:)

    Maybe my whole car and HEAD will pass under this SO? ..... And I've seen worse!
    How about bumper height? .... I know what you are thinking, what bumper on a TBucket !

    I have never been questioned about headlight heights when we had yearly auto/motorcycle inspections, and I was an inspector.:rolleyes:
    This the federal law. Every headlamp upon every motor vehicle shall be located at a height of not more than fifty-four (54) inches nor less than twenty-two (22) inches to be measured as set forth in subsection B of Section 12-202 of this title. 3.

    Think about the guy with the jacked up truck driving behind you at night. His headlights are right in your rear view mirror, no doubt! They still don’t say to where they measure to. Top, middle or bottom!

    Seem that about 25% of the newer cars need headlight adjustments. My Jeep sits higher than the average auto and I still get the mirror blinding reflections. Sometimes I wish that I could adjust the mirror to return the beam back to them.
