My buddy Mark called an ask if I'd like to make a run for lunch with our rods,to Arbetter's{its been here from 1962 on,an still put out a pretty good dog.} So off we went. Here's a photo for ya of my son Lance's "T" n Mark's 32 in Miami Fla.. Were's your local dog place to go?

Around here it is Coney I-lander. Been here for years. I think it started in Tulsa in 1926, by immigrants. The original is now gone, but there are several others still open. Back in the 70s, we hit Der Wienerschnitzel when cruising the "restlass ribbon". They are all gone here now.

No real dog places here in Indy that I know of. There are a few Sonic's around, but I've never really cruised to one. Couple old drive-ins though...I guess they have hot dogs...I usually get a burger!

Costco here. Lotsa maniacs in the parking lot, not a hot rod among 'em.

Local Burger an Shake place or Pizza works too,just nice to get together with a rodhot or two an grap some lunch or dinner , sometimes brekfist.

Steak and Shake for me. They give me a widow seat to watch the Bucket.

We do Mel's Diner on the 4th Saturday of every month here in Lafayette, Louisiana. It is an old 50's style restaurant. The norm is around 25 cars.

We also go to our 60 year old pizza place,still best pizza in town on Bird road in Miami fl. Mark's 32 up front,my 28A in between an Rosh's 23T in back

Anyone old enough to remeber TV,"Surfside 6",it was a sister show to "77 Sunset Strip"back in the early 1960s,went to a carshow in Surfside on sunday.
