    I have passenger side door. I did do search most of the pics were hosted on 3ed party sites that are no longer available.

    I know CCR has a nice brace for seat/door side brace, maybe RPM has one for his body?

    Assuming you'll be glassing over your ribbing, its the perpendicular wall that adds overall rigidity. Just like an I-beam.

    A thinner lamination in a grid pattern is way more ridged than a bazillion layers of glass.
