Have you talked to the members of the CATS (Cascade Area T's)?

No I have not. I was not aware of their club theirfore, I can use input.
ie: e-mail, phone, address ect.

I do not believe that CATS is still going. I haven't seen them out there in 2 or 3 years on the NTBA website.

It looks like their web page might have been less than obvious, due to some oversights. However, they claim to still be active, but I'm sure they would welcome anyone with an interest in T buckets to join their chapter and even be a spark plug to ignite more interest.
