Short Windshield

In preparation of my T project, I'm gaining a pretty good understanding of most of the components of these cars, but the windshield is still something I don't quite understand. I don't want a really tall one, but not a super short one either. Actually, looking at Ex Junk's car, I really like the one on his car. The height, the angle is all exactly what I want.

How are the uprights attached? How is the windshield held in? Where can I find a windshield like this?

Check CCR; they have a 11" and a 14", and the brackets and stuff you will need.
