Spring perch side plates? What are you up to, Jim?

Changing up my front end a bit. I needed to raise the front of my frame up about 1" to get more clearance for the tie-rod and the only way to do it was to move the spring from over the perch to under it. That required the new side plates when I cut the present ones off.
