Update on TrackT

Hello everyone, Still hanging in.
Not doing a bunch during the day yet, mostly lie in bed watching TV.
keep my pillow close and do breathing exercises, still a little too weak to
do much else. I'm on a 5lb.limit on lifting or pulling. I get to do 5-10 min.
walk-arounds during the day.
mainly TV,eat,puter a little,and draw up plans for after I'm up again.

Worst part is the 5lb. limit.......Makes it hard to go to the bathroom.:)

Now you know it just makes it hurt when you laugh like that! I swung by to visit my friend that had this done 3 weeks ago... he much like yourself is getting his sense of humor back... :lol:
 
Glad to hear from you Jim. Just keep taking it easy and let things heal. I know it's a pain in the butt right now, but every day you will get a little better and stronger.
