windshield support rod brackets

I am going to mount my winshield rods to my headlight brackets. They are solid except for the channel for the wire to go through. I am looking for a bracket that looks like a teardrop shaped washer but has a solid or threaded rod welded, about 2-3" long, to it and it is chrome plated. I will drill a hole through the headlight bracket and bolt this bracket to it and run windshield rod down to the welded on rod that will slip into the windshield rod.

Does anyone know where I can get such a bracket?

I just made one (2 really) and welded them on. No biggy.
