1915 Model T body

First, some history
As laid out and shown in the dimensions, the cowl is smaller and the sides cut down. The back looks higher, but is 1 inch from regular height. The rest is 'shrunk'. That bit of a flip at the top back too.

Another that has the smaller 1915 cowl, but not sectioned. This may be why the glass one is called a high back, since even though it's the rest that's changed, it's the back that sticks out.

The CCR website still shows them as Special Order.
Of course, they have always been great over the phone, but publicly confirming availability would be nice.

Spanky,
A few years ago I had the chance to stop at CCR for a visit. Jerry was kind enough to let me take a picture of the his 1915 firewall pattern up against their 1923 body. As you can see there is a lot of difference between 1915 and the 1923 firewall size.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.
That right there is paragraphs of description!
My left foot has sympathy pains. That would really make the manual/auto choice for you.
Those early ones really did narrow down a lot.

Hi Spanky, thanks for asking.
Yes, the 1915 style body is still available. "Special Order Only", probably 4-6 weeks, and are a pain to ship because they have no floor.
We prefer customers to will call these.
They look much better in the photos than they actually are, old tooling and center parting lines in the front! They are small but have a very cool look.
