I'm workin my up to a "haircut" here..
Every once in a while I have to set up a gear set or work on a rear axle 3rd member . I got tired of rollin em around on the work bench so I had an old cross member layin around and I cut it down, drilled a couple holes in it and cut a couple short steel tabs to attach the casting to the tube. This one is 2" square tubing, and it's pretty stout . I thought I would share a couple pictures.
I just remove the arms from my engine stand and bolt on the holder and presto, you can spin it around and lock it into any position, solid enough to torque down the bolts and do any work you have to do.. "BH"
