Sounds like Texas does not want you building trike’s or hot rods in your garage's anymore.

If you read towards the bottom its just stating do not title a trike as a motorcycle or a volkswagen. If its a ASVE your fine which is what a T-Bucket should be anyways.

In otherwards DONT TRANSFER A VIN OVER TO A NEW VEHICLE !
