I just want to thank everyone for sharing their knowledge and pictures of their builds. I'm new to this and what you guys are able to do is very inspiring. A lot of you probably started building cars when you were young. I didn't start until I was 62. I have a lot to learn and seeing what you guys are able to do gives me a goal to shoot for. Thanks for sharing.

Dittos, rube! My first 'build' at the age of 16 was to resurrect a '50 Olds coupe that had been smashed by a garbage truck! It became a 'custom', and a daily driver, but lets just say my work was very amateurish at best! What I see being created here are works of automotive art, and I am in awe of such skills. Keep posting those pics!

Hey Spanky, here's my '56 Holiday Coupe when I was 18. I think around '82.

Didn't even know what I had at the time. 100% original.
