Can anyone tell me who's front end this is?

Hello, I recently bought the 23 T bucket and I want to put on disc brakes, I was told I need to know who's front end this is to buy a kit. Cananyone tell me who's front end this is? A W 2 is stamped near where the wheel mounts. Thanks in advance from a new t bucket owner.
