Chevy turbo 350 trans

A fresh built 350 trans it shifts at about 10 to 15 feet regardless of how hard you get into it, any ideas

Try just leaving it in low gear and flat foot it till you get to about 80 or so, see how great that works...

did they put a shift kit in it?

you could try an adjustable modulator valve.

How is your kickdown linkage adjusted? That little thing that you hook the kickdown cable into might be not hooked up.

i agree with Don, check the kick down linkage.

make sure the vacuum modulator is working and is getting enough vacuum to operate. If you have an adjustable modulator you may need to adjust it a turn to two.
