Chrome radiator shells

Those are pieces that are no longer being made. That is unless there's some far and away distant place where magic elves still press, polish, dip and buff metal.

Mine has been on the car for 20 years, I've searched around the web and wasn't able to find one. Sorry, but if I do at some point I'll post it up.

Where are you guys getting the chrome radiator shells I see on alot of the Buckets in the photo gallery? Thanks

I saw new ones at CCR a couple of weeks ago. They were prototypes, I'm not sure how soon the real thing will be available, but they are coming.

We need to talk to the guys at Brookville Roadsters. I believe they where the ones producing the shells we were buying from Speedway and others. There have been several stories why they stopped production. A nudge from various sources might start the supply again.

HELLO THIS IS MICKEY LAURIA FORMER OWNER OF TOTAL PERFORMANCE: I may be able to answer your questions on the grill shell.

Ron

The steel grill shells of yesteryear are no longer in production. The shells that were made in the USA are no longer in production due to the fact that the tooling was destroyed and the person who was making the shells has passed on. The shells that I had originally manufactured overseas are no longer being produced. The company is still in existance and has the tooling but the costs are to much to manufacture them again.
If anyone is interested in a good fiberglass shell designed for Walker radiators I have a couple available. Very good quality.
