Coolflex Radiator hoses

I have replaced my radiator have you guys had good results with the stainless steel flex hoses??? Leaks of anykind?? Has anyone purchased the cheaper version in longer length and used the rubber reducers. Are any better than the others?? I cant see paying 70 bucks for 2 feet of hose.

I have coolflex on my bucket and have had no problems with them.

Ron whats the difference between CF the cheaper brands is the tube gauge thinner ??? Will over tightning the rubber hoses crush the cheaper brands??

I don't really know what differences there are. We have used the CoolFlex with no problems. Remember the old saying "you will never be sorry you bought the best"

I think my problem is i know so many products are sold under so many names its easy to over pay for the same stuff. But you are 100 percent right i cant go wrong with cool flex. The way most of us do it is we buy something for 1/2 the cost and it doesnt workout then we buy the one we should have bought in the first place. ARG

I got the stainless steel ones on mine and have had no problems. Got mine at O'Reilly Auto Parts.
