Somebody got real creative with their pumpkin carving.

Take out the seeds, spread them on a cookie sheet put a little oil on them and bake them. I don't remember the temp or time but my wife and kids love the baked seeds.

The BOSS sez.....Wash and drain seeds. pat dry with paper towel. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put seeds on parchment paper on cookie sheet, sprinkle with sea salt, check after 15 min. If they crunch they are done! Don't overcook! Burnt seeds are NASTY!!!
