OK.....yes....you can run a tunnelram and a cruise control....just not the vaccuum kind. They make the electronic models that have a magnet setup put onto the driveshaft and and a pickup mounted close to pickup the impulses and sent to a module that controls your throttle with a solenoid....

You can run a vaccuum model if you want to run a vaccuum canister or a vaccuum pump..........
