Emergency brake cable

I need to shorten my emergency brake cable's but i don't know how to put the stop's on the end of the cable.
Or who might be able to do it. Do they make a kit ???

The tool is called a swagging tool . If you go to the hardware store and look by the cable section they have the ends and tools.The hardware store by me lets me borrow the tool to crimp the ends on.
