Front tires

Hey Guys. This has probably been discussed before but after searching for an hour, I can’t find anything. Here’s my delima. I’m building my first T. I scored a set of 31x18.5x15 for the back. I gotta figure out something for the front. I don’t want narrow bicycle tires on the front, but obviously not something too wide with no power steering. I don’t want a major rake on the car, but some is fine. I was thinking maybe a 215/70/15 with a 7” wide wheel? I don’t know. What are you guys running? Any input or pictures would be greatly appreciated!

I'm running 185/60r-14's on my front. I like the larger footprint for braking and handling. A popular front tire on a lot of hot rods is the Michelin XZX radial. Been around for a long time and looks good on most cars.

Thanks! Yea that’s a good looking tire and your car has a nice stance. Are those 31s on the back?

The back tires are BFG Euro TA's 305/50-15. They're about 10" wide, and about 29.5 diameter. Sometimes my phone camera distorts things a bit.

Can you tires for the front and rear that match tread design?
