OK, Getting my rusty bones moving... I hate the mid cab steering. I am trying to relocate the box to get it out from between my legs. I don't know if I can make this work or buy something else. Also the shifter has to be modified to get some more room for me. It is in my leg in 1,2, and r. I have a couple console mount shifters and I am considering cannibalizing one of them to modify it to move it over. I want to add front disc brakes and will likely purchase new spindles with rotor and caliper kit, but I need to figure out how to best move the steering column before I start ordering parts. If I can't make the one I have work, I may go with a rack. I am not on a tight budget, but I do not want to replace a bunch of parts if I don't have to, it will defeat the purpose of buying this thing. Any ideas?
