Help identify a part

I found this thing which fell off of a '25 T which I owned back in the early 90's. I remember saving it and putting it in my shed but WHAT is it??
Do any of you recognize what it is supposed to be?

Probably a stupid question but I have never heard of that term before.

If your a good aim I'm pretty sure you can bag a snipe if you throw a Kuhnetsunvaleve just right but go for a little snipe cuz you don't want to deal with a big pissed off snipe if you miss it could get real ugly!
