At first it looks like the same car to me, just changed. Theres an awful lot identical between them, but maybe they are just siblings. Definitely the same builder at a minimum, same wheels and tires, amongst other things. (seats and seat belts, the ladder, the flasher, etc)

They're both cool

Gerry, that one looks like it would be fun to drive around in! I like the stance. The fire truck looks like it's bending in the middle. Different strokes!
