When you guys insured your T buckets what did you call it on the insurance form? 1923 Ford T, 1923 Ford T modified or hot rod? What insurance companies did you look at? Do you guys know any companies that specialize in hot rod insurance? Hopefully these questions are not breaking any rules. I did not see anything in the rules about this. I might have missed it if it is.

I would call it the same that's on your car title. Is it modified or hotrod.......well
you will have to send pictures most likely so they are going to know what's being
insured. I think I asked them how they wanted to classify a TBucket and they knew
what I referring to.

There are many companies that insure streetrods. I'm using Hagerty since they
guarantee a roll back if I ever need towing service, which I have.
Grundy
Hagerty
Sneed
Baxter
Farmers
Infinity
Shelter
American Collectors

Here is another discussion on insurance.
Who insures your bucket?

We have always used Hagerty and you can do it all on line in just a few minutes. Hagerty has a good reputation of taking care of things if you have a claim.
What ever your title says is what you call it.

Thanks. Anybody hear of "Heacock" Insurance? What is a roll back? I've never heard that term before.

Hagerty has "agreed value " coverage .... rollback means a towing service that pulls your car up on the bed of the truck instead of the "hook"\& drag it behind...

I put my bucket on our family policy as a 1923 Ford model T (same as title). And have AAA for rollback trailering. The last tow was 150 miles back home and would have cost a fortune if not for AAA.
