jag rear end in a t bucket

Im putting in a jag rear end in a t bucket ,, but found the frount of the pumkin is kinda pointing up about 2 inc does it need to be level are how should it be pointing,, sorry but im at a loss on how its to be mounted , thanks every one

Is this an independent set up or an axle? Sorry dont know what a pumkin is?

Pumpkin = diffhead in various countries, but maybe not England.

I cant inagine too many hot rodders looking for early Mk2 disc brake rears for their projects so Im picking he wants to use a Jaguar floppy bum.
