Hi, everybody. My name is Kevin and after a bit of looking found a cool T-Bucket-Total Performance body and frame, 302 Ford, OD automatic trans, 9" rear, whitewall bias-plies on steel wheels, etc. The car is still at the seller's place due to crappy weather-hope to get it ASAP! I would like to have built my own, but too many responsibilities (family, house, work, other projects) made that impractical. I'm looking forward to talking to all of you and I'm sure you have a lot of helpful advice and ideas to offer this new T-Bucket owner!

Welcome to the site and actually I would recommend some body to buy first to get the thrill of driving one of these cars rather then having to wait for the build to be finished.Maybe then sell this one later after you learn more about them THEN BUILD one the way you want.

Welcome to the site. Unbelievable fun to be had in these cars. Hopefully you will get yours home soon.

Welcome to the forum. I agree with Putz buy one drive it a while. I would get well into a build before I sold one I was driving.

Welcome: It's a good way to get started ( buying a used one) then just change it to suit you> These cars are never done.

Welcome Kevin. Not a prerequisite, but pictures will be much appreciated and you can become blood brothers with Rick. Anyway, is the car in running condition? How old is the build? Great bunch of people here, all sorts of shapes and sizes.

As soon as you get it, send pictures, even cell phone. John

Welcome aboard, Kevin. I see that you posted your location as Northeast Ohio. I am from Canfield, Ohio, originally. Good to see some more Ohioans here.

I see you're in Ohio. Did you know there is a national T bucket club, and it has its national meeting this June in Dayton?

Ahhh .... welll .... ummm .... America as a whole (me included) ..... if you view the general population .... but having no, ahh, personal experience ..... always room for improvement .... still ever reaching onward and upward .... no. Judge not least yee be judged. Sometimes.

Welcome from the UK. We have them here as well LOL

Thanks for all the responses! The car is in running condition, but needs a few minor tweaks. It was probably built somewhere in the last 10 or so years. The first thing I want to change is the location of the turn signal switch, which is currently on the front of the seat bench. I bought a switch on ebay that clamps to the steering column. I promise I'll post pix when I get it home. To answer a few individual questions, I live in Cuyahoga Falls (just north of Akron) and I would like to get to Dayton for at least part of the Nationals.
