We live in a time where it's less frequent to tie up a bunch of time and money into a road vehicle that is less practical than a 20 year old Basic Transportation Unit.

If it's such a basic simple creation that it gets a bystander thinking " I could do that" it might even bring another gearhead into the life.
As punk rock was a reaction to masters of composition, instruments and production, a basic hot rod is saying I want to do it too in reaction to SEMA and Riddler winners. I appreciate those efforts, but I wanna kick up some dust and not worry about perfection.
