First one is probably painted by Art Himsl or someone close, early 70s judging from the paint and styling.

Second is much more modern, note the corvette in the back.
Fourth is a shot from the GNRS, IIRC. I've seen it, saved it and used it to show a tilted post VS a straight post windshield.
Fifth and sixth are famous old Ts, but I don't have all of them memorized like some others.
